Plot Summary:
The story revolves around two wealthy brothers, Uday Shetty (played by Nana Patekar) and Majnu Bhai (played by Anil Kapoor), who are notorious for their involvement in criminal activities. They want to get their sister Sanjana (played by Katrina Kaif) married into a respectable family.
However, Sanjana is in love with a young man named Rajiv (played by Akshay Kumar), who is an honest and hardworking man from a middle-class background. Despite Rajiv's virtues, Uday and Majnu are initially reluctant to accept him as their brother-in-law due to their criminal background.
In order to win their approval, Rajiv pretends to be a wealthy NRI from the United States, with a fake name "Vicky". He hires the services of Dr. Ghunghroo (played by Paresh Rawal), a master of disguises, to assist him in his charade.
Chaos ensues when a real NRI named Vicky (played by Shiney Ahuja) arrives, claiming to be the true suitor for Sanjana. To add to the complications, a wealthy underworld don named RDX (played by Feroz Khan) gets involved, and his daughter (played by Mallika Sherawat) also falls for Rajiv.
The film takes the audience on a roller-coaster ride of hilarious misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and comedic situations as Rajiv/Vicky tries to navigate the tricky situation and win over Uday and Majnu. Meanwhile, RDX's plans for his daughter's wedding lead to some entertaining confrontations.
